AIBWSI represents the majority of IB schools in Italy.
Membership is open to schools in Italy which are authorised International Baccalaureate® (IB) World Schools or in the process of applying to become IB World Schools.
Working together, our members contribute to achieving the IB mission of education for a better world.

- Access to a wide range of student and staff exchange opportunities, professional learning summits, job-alikes and more.
- IB Programme and cross-programme collaboration among IB World Schools in Italy and beyond, providing a strong network of support and access to information.
- Participate in dedicated strategy sessions, workshops, professional development seminars and thought-leading events targeted to Heads of School, Programme Coordinators and Administrative functions throughout the year, at varied locations.
- Support for candidate and newly authorised IB World Schools in their implementation and development of the IB programmes.
- A joint front vis-à-vis the local and national Italian education authorities, with advocacy for the recognition of the IB Programmes and the IB Diploma and course certification.
Membership fees

Apply for membership
Tell us about your school and who we should keep in touch with. It takes about five minutes.
You'll need the school's address and website, the email addresses of the Head of School, the administration office and your IB coordinators, and the school logo.
